Hello, I am Ricardo, a Costa Rican Graphic Designer and Art Director based in Barcelona.
After graduating in Fine Arts with a focus on Graphic Design I worked for Jotabequ, an advertising agency of GREY group for five years. In that time I was Branding Department Director and this is when I finally found my passion for brands.
A brand is much more than just a logo. My aim is to develop a brand identity system combining its conceptualisation and art direction of all visual resources.
In 2017 I moved to Barcelona in order to obtain a master in Art Direction. BCN and the period I worked for Artofmany Studio opened my eyes to a new visual paradigms and changed the way I understood the essence of design.
My professional experience has shown me that every project is unique. I like to provide a strategic design service based on each individual need. These processes are a playground for experimentation, in which the client should takes part actively.
