Maui is a poke bowl restaurant inspired by Hawaiian culture. The brand needed to attract a young and edgy audience, in addition to differentiating itself from other restaurants with a similar gastronomic proposal. The objective was to develop a brand with graphic resources far from the visual stereotypes of Hawaii. The result seeks a valance between a commercial language and a more sophisticated and synthetic one.
